Incident Summary

On November 28, 1951, Chicago Fire Department Captain Walter F. Mulvihill of Engine 108 fell ill after directing firefighters during a residential basement fire on N. Harding Avenue. Mulvihill died the following day, November 29, at Swedish Covenant Hospital.
