Incident Summary

On October 25, 1955, Chicago Fire Department Lieutenant Edward J. Patton of Truck 56 suffered a fatal heart attack following a fire on Kasson Avenue.

Funeral services were held at St. Catherine of Siena Church on October 28, and he was survived by his widow, mother, three brothers, and two sisters.
